The Deck Cafe

The cafe provides a fantastic Breakfast menu followed by diverse and delightful
"TAPAS" menu at Lunch and Friday/Saturday Dinners complemented by Gartelmann wines and a generous range of beverages and Premium Vittoria Coffee.

The cafe is situated on the deck overlooking the dam in young forest bushland. It is an
experience to remember with local chefs and staff cooking and serving cafe favourites
with a Hunter Valley fine-dining twist.

Matt Dillow opened the cafe in July 2013 as his third hospitality venture in the Hunter
Valley. 

The Deck Cafe is open 7 days a week and is also available for groups, weddings and

under "On Occasions". Matt also hosts food wine and produce tours in Tasmania,
Margaret River, New Zealand and Tuscany Italy.
